“同心协力—2026”陕西省红十字应急救援综合演练在西安举行

此次演练以省内突发强降雨引发洪涝灾害为模拟背景，集结省、市、县三级16支红十字救援队伍共150余名队员，设置六大实战处置科目，全方位检验红十字队伍全链条应急处置能力。
